• We only collect data necessary to fulfill your apparel orders.
• We do NOT collect payment card details—payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We do NOT request or store precise location, government IDs, or sensitive medical information.
• Shipping address is collected on our checkout website (not within ChatGPT tools).

Data We Collect

Through ChatGPT (MCP Tools)

• Product selections: The products, variants (color/size), and quantities you choose.
• Design data: Text, numbers, colors, and template choices you provide for your design.
• Uploaded images: If you upload a logo or image, it is stored to generate your print file.
• Region preference: US or EU (coarse region for pricing/shipping estimates only).

At Checkout (Our Website)

• Email address: Required to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Shipping address: Name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country.
• Payment details: You enter payment information via Stripe’s secure payment form (Stripe Elements). We do not receive or store your card number.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Payment card numbers, CVV, or bank account details (processed directly by Stripe).
• Precise GPS location or device location data.
• Government-issued IDs, social security numbers, or tax identification numbers.
• Health information, biometric data, or sensitive personal data.
• Chat history or conversation content beyond the tool inputs you provide.

How We Use Your Data

• Order fulfillment: To create your custom apparel, submit orders to our print provider, and ship products to you.
• Mockup generation: To show you previews of your custom design before ordering.
• Pricing and quotes: To calculate accurate retail prices based on product costs and your selected quantity/region.
• Order tracking: To provide shipping updates and tracking information.
• Customer support: To help with questions, issues, or refunds related to your order.

Service Providers

We share data with the following third-party providers to fulfill orders:

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant Stripe.
• Database and storage access is restricted to authenticated server-side operations only.
• Webhook endpoints verify signatures to prevent unauthorized requests.
• Secrets (Stripe secret key, Printful token, webhook secrets) are never exposed to client-side code or the ChatGPT widget.

Data Retention

• Orders and designs: Retained for 3 years after order completion to support customer service, reorders, and legal compliance.
• Uploaded images and print files: Retained for 1 year after order completion, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
• Cart data: Abandoned carts are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Request data portability.
